Packaging & pricing

The structure is published. The numbers are quoted.

RepHQ is sold in three lines, in every country: the core registry platform, the segments you switch on, and the tailoring you ask for. Every quote uses these lines, so a buyer knows what they are being charged for before they ever see a figure.

Line 1

Core platform — per country

Included in every deployment, priced per company at contract. Not published, because it is sized to team, territory count, country scope and support.

1

What the core carries

National registry procedure volumes · benchmark-rated implant catalogue · published outcome data where the country provides it · curated public and private hospital list · licence-verified surgeons and their sites · visit logging with offline sync · territory continuity · four-tier admin hierarchy with territory scoping · support and onboarding.

Price not yet published
Agreed per contract.
Line 2

Segment add-ons

Billable per segment, per company. Each add-on is the same shape in every country: registry mapping, catalogue load, segment-filtered navigation, resources and segment-level reporting.

How segment pricing is quoted. Per segment, per company, with the rate stepping down as more segments are taken. A single-segment deployment is a supported entry point; a national multi-segment rollout is quoted as one figure with the segment lines shown underneath it. Multi-country deployments are quoted country by country against the same structure. Add-on pricing is set per company at contract. Core platform pricing is not published.
Line 3

What a multi-country quote looks like on paper

Figures are deliberately absent — this is the shape of the document a buyer receives, not a price list.

Why three lines and not one number. Platform, segments and tailoring each map to a budget a medical device company already holds — IT platform, sales tooling and market research. Deals get approved when every line looks normal to the person who owns that budget.
